At CUSB Bank, we offer two long-standing programs that reflect our commitment to the community.
VIP Connection, started in 1987, gives customers the chance to enjoy local activities as well as day trips and extended travel. It’s a way to stay active, explore new places, and spend time with others who enjoy the same experiences.
Learn to Earn is open to all students and rewards them for learning—regardless of the grades they receive. The goal is simple: encourage students to keep growing, no matter where they are in their education.
Both programs serve different needs, but they’re built on the same idea: supporting people in meaningful, practical ways.

Learn to Earn is a savings program for students in Preschool/Playgroup through 12th grade (ages 3-18). The purpose of the program is to reward and encourage students to keep learning.
