Your CUSB Bank Debit Card comes with enhanced Mastercard® benefits designed to give you extra security, added protection when you shop, and a smoother overall card experience. Here’s what you can expect when you use your card
How to Change Your Pin
When you receive your new debit card, you can activate it and set your personalized PIN in one simple call. To activate or change your PIN, call 800-717-4923 and follow the system prompts. You’ll need your card and Social Security number.
How to Activate or Change Your PIN
- Enter your card number, then press # (press 1 to confirm)
- Enter the last 4 digits of your Social Security number, then press # (press 1 to confirm)
- Enter your 4-digit card expiration date, then press #
- You’ll hear: “Your card is now active.”
- Press 1 to change your PIN
- Enter the CVC number from the back of your card
- Enter your new 4-digit PIN
- Re-enter the PIN to confirm

Your card also includes enhanced shopping-related protections and perks available through Mastercard.
Extended Warranty Insurance
Doubles the time period and duplicates the coverage of the original manufacturer's or U.S. store brand warranty on new products for a maximum of one year.
Price Protection
Guarantees you the best price on new products purchased with an eligible card by providing a refund on the difference, if you find a lower price within 60 days of purchase.
Satisfation Guaranteed
Provides up to $250 per new product, if you become dissatisfied with their product within 60 days of purchase and the merchant will not accept a return.
Security Benefits
Your CUSB Debit Card includes Mastercard security protections that help safeguard your transactions and provide peace of mind when you shop or travel.
Identity Theft Resolution Services
If someone attempts to steal your identity, we provide services you need to report and help resolve the incident.
