Setting Up Your E-Banking Account

There are two ways you can enroll:

  • Online: Enroll here and follow the prompts to create your username and password.
  • In Person: Stop into any of our convenient locations in Cresco, Ridgeway, Lime Springs, Osage, Charles City, Waverly, or Shell Rock.

Step-by-Step Help

  1. After you've enrolled either online or in person, download the CUSB Banking app or go to the login page on our website.
  2. Enter your username and password.
  3. You'll then be prompted to set up two-factor authentification.

What is Two-Factor Authentification?

Two-factor authentification is an ehanced security feature for our E-Banking service to protect you and your financial information. When you log in to your account the first time, you will enter your preferred email address and mobile phone number. You will then determine how you'll receive your security code:

  • Phone call
  • Text message
  • Authenticator app

A code will then be sent to you that you will enter when logging in. If you don't want to type in a code every time, simply select "Remember me" or "Remember this device" when logging in.

Please note that for mobile, when you log in to the app, you will need to type in your passcode or set up a Touch ID.

Helpful Tips

You may place a stop payment by using E-Banking. To complete the process, print, sign, and return the form to the bank.
You can transfer funds from one account to the other including loan payments. Just sign into E-Banking and click the transfer button to start.
