Pay A Person Options
- Provide the recipient's bank routing number and deposit account information and a payment is sent electronically.
- Provide the recipient's email address or mobile phone number and a secure password of your choosing. The recipient then logs in to a secure site using that password and provides the required account information. A payment is deposited electronically from your account into their account.
- Provide the recipient's phone number and they'll receive a text message to accept payments.
- Provide the recipient's mailing address and a paper check will be mailed.
Using Pay A Person
Enrolling
- Log in to CUSB online banking using a desktop or laptop computer.
- Click "Bill Pay," and enroll.
- Once your enrollment is confirmed, start paying others right away, no extra setup required.
Making Payments
Once you’re enrolled, you can use Pay A Person via online banking or the mobile app.
Online Banking
- 1 Select “Bill pay” in the menu.
- 2 Click “Pay a person.”
- 3 Click “Add another person.”
- 4 Select your preferred option for payment.
- 5 Enter the needed information and click “Submit.”
Mobile App
- 1 Select “Bill Pay” in the menu or “Pay” on the dashboard.
- 2 Tap the plus sign in the top right corner.
- 3 Select “Person.”
- 4 Select your preferred option for payment.
- 5 Enter the needed information and tap “Submit.”
