Austin McConnell Promoted to CUSB Lending Team

CUSB Bank President Mike Drees has announced that Austin McConnell has been promoted to the CUSB Lending Team as a Consumer Loan Officer.

McConnell will be working with consumer lending customers at the Cresco location of CUSB Bank. Austin has been with CUSB Bank for 10 years, starting as a Student Teller, and before he was promoted, as a Financial Analyst.

Brian McConnell, VP and Senior Consumer Loan Officer, said, “With Austin’s 10 years of dedicated service and extensive banking experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge and a strong commitment to our customers. He’s an outstanding addition to our consumer lending team.”

A Cresco native, McConnell graduated from Crestwood High School before earning his Finance degree and Economics minor from the University of Northern Iowa. Outside of work, he enjoys weightlifting, golfing, and spending time with his family, including his parents, Bruce and Kim; his brothers, Andy and Ashton; and his grandparents, Mary and the late, beloved Frank McConnell. He’s passionate about helping customers turn their financial dreams into reality through smart planning and personalized guidance.
